Pack the Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original Bata packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized courier point, or bring your items directly to a Bata retail store.
Receive Your Refund
